So far i am happy with how i started off 2020. Something i left behind in 2019 is cigarettes. Nicotine is a major addiction, but if you have faith in yourself, you make the impossible turn into possible. No matter what the situation is this time, i will never put another cigarette in my mouth. After a week of not smoking, i feel like i’m 18 all over again. You can really feel the difference! I smoked because i would stressed, but imagine if you didn’t smoke. Yep, i realized later on smoking was the cause to my stress. I’m trying to better myself each and everyday. Its starts with me being healthy. Unlike a use tired, we cant replace our lungs with brand new ones.

Something i look forward to is to get back drinking nothing but water. I love soda, but water is amazing. More then 60 percent of our body is water. On the daily base, we eliminate much of the water in us. So its important to refill ourselves with water, good water!
