Eating your vitamins and minerals is essential to a healthy lifestyle. Vitamins and minerals come from the different types of food you intake. It’s important that your body as vitamins and minerals, for they each have a special job. Vitamins may help you boost your energy, recover, and fight bacteria. Minerals help your body function.

  • B Vitamins ( thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, B6, B12, and folate)

Vitamins are also supportive of how we grow. With low levels of vitamins in your body, your likely to have health problems.

Minerals involve sodium, calcium, and iron, etc. which are also in the food we eat. However, not every food will have everything our body needs. Sodium is salt, too much salt can be unhealthy. Minerals are also important for our bones, our bones need to be strong as they are how we structured.
